A All-natural Healthy Approach To Enhancing Your Eye-sight

Ones eyes do not merely exist on their own. They are a truly significant element of your total person affecting the mind and entire body in a considerable way.

All regions of the visual system - the eyes, the muscles around and in the eyes, the optic nerve that leads to the brain and the visual cortex; all perform together and need a great deal of co-ordination and accuracy to perform at their best. Given that it is such a fragile system the visual system is really readily affected by emotional stress and fatigue, no matter where it comes from. The visual system is also very sensitive to any nutritional deficiencies and imbalances that might be present in the body.

Three components are involved in any holistic approach to how to improve your eyesight.

1. Physical eyesight
2. Inner vision
3. Emotional eyesight

1. Physical eyesight is a hell of a lot more than just twenty twenty vision. Physically seeing something requires 3 different skills.

Firstly - at any instant your visual field is huge and your mind must decide what to focus on. Skill 1: Peripheral VS Central Balance

Secondly, your eyes are instructed to focus on the object you are looking at. This is known as the step of Binocularity

Next, your eye muscles either contract or relax to bring the object into visual focus. Skill trois - accommodation

For all the above to work, the eye musculature must be in good working order, being relaxed and supple.

Any of the above 3 skills can be affected by tension and imbalance. This can lead to a barrage of different problems, including difficulty in focusing.. These problems may involve: your eyes always feeling exhausted, and poor memory and concentration.

2. Inner vision has a multitude of different features: imagination, visualization, memory, dreams and attitudes. Training your inner vision and minds eye will take you miles beyond 20/20, by improving your concentration, imagination, memory and ability to visualize and think creatively. Your attitudes about yourself and others will become more positive. You will have the power to destroy all those negative images in your mind and replace them with powerful images that can change your perspective of who you are.

3. Emotional seeing speaks about our recognition of the eyes as both a way to express how we feel and a way to connect to other people. The eyes are so often called ⤽the windows of the soulâ¤; Better Vision is a way to heal, clarify and open these windows, giving you the ability to speak with your eyes, with your eyes being in perfect synchrony with your feelings and your body language.

Vision problems often appear when there is both prolonged stress in the visual system and improper visual/muscular habit patterns. Some of the conditions you can get from stress and poor visual habits include near sightedness, far sightedness and astigmatism.

You may think that artificial lenses get rid of the problem of poor eyesight completely - since you can see perfectly clearly when you put them on. Saying that, spectacles play no role whatsoever in improving your ability to see with your bare eyes - naturally. Instead, over time you find yourself becoming more and more accustomed to wearing glasses.

The sooner you wake up to reality and realize that your glasses will actually make your eyesight worse, the better. Eye Activities To Improve Visual Acuity

Are you having problems with your vision? Are you having trouble getting by without your glasses? Is your situation so poor that you have even wondered at some point about laser eye surgery?

If your answer to these questions is yes, then here is a fact that you need to learn, first and foremost: There are ways to better your vision WITHOUT surgery and without corrective lenses. These methods involve using eye exercises that relax and strengthen your eye muscles. Youre forgiven for being a little skeptical, but as soon as you start on a program of natural visual enhancement, youll soon realize the benefits.

Did you know that eyeglasses contribute to the problem of poor vision?. It is general knowledge that glasses or contacts do not help to make your eyesight better. With most people, their eyesight continues to get worse as they wear glasses/contacts.

You can use palming to relax your eyes and thereby improve your sight. In this exercise, you would not need any materials other than your palms, which will help your eyes to relax and also help decrease the movement of your eyes.

Not even sleep stops the movement of your eyes. Palming when done correctly, can arrest the movement of your eyes more than sleep can, or simply closing your eyes. Although it is impossible for you to completely stop your eyes from moving, you can at least slow it down and make them relax through palming. You can do this in just twenty minutes.

The first thing that you need to do is to free your mind of unnecessary thoughts. More thoughts mean more eye movements, so get rid of those thoughts for the moment. To aid you with this, you may consider playing some soothing music.

Rub your hands together so that they become warm, then cup a palm over your eyes, making sure that you are not directly touching your eyelids or putting pressure on them. Feel your eye-muscles relax while you maintain this position. At the same time, notice this relaxation spreading through the rest of your body also. It is important to notice - while you are getting more and more soothed by this processed - how the darkness of your eyes becomes even darker. The darker shade of black that you see, the more relaxed your eyes are becoming.

Visual Exercises to Develop Eye sight - Fix Your Visual acuity Naturally

With the advent of new scientific imaging of the eyes, it has been found that worsening vision with age usuall occurs due to reversible reasons. I sometimes ponder whether people would give up wearing glasses if they new that they could repair their vision using natural methods?

Since most opthalmologists/opticians are unwilling to admit that eye exercises actually DO improve vision, most people are being fed the same lie by the very professionals they trust - the lie that glasses/contact lenses are your only cure to blurred vision. The muscles that control and shape the lens in the eye can be worked just like the bicep muscles in your arms. The vast majority of sight problems have been shown to improve either completely or at least partially following a carefully constructed natural vision improvement regime.

The exercises can even work on eyesight problems that have been caused by ageing.

Heres a few important bits of information for you in your quest to improve your eyesight naturally:

Visual enhancement and the art of relaxation

Believe it or not, tension in the eye muscles is the culprit behind most cases of visual deterioration. Eye strain very quickly results in a loss of synchrony between different eye movements required in good vision. Most people who suffer from eye strain, do so throughout the day and during sleep. It goes unnoticed as strain, and is only experienced from the resulting visual deterioration.

An example of an exercise you can use to take the strain away from your eyes is palming. Do not let the simplicity of this exercise fool you. It is in fact incredibly powerful and has much scientific basis in its effectiveness. There are those who see results immediately, but in most cases it is the more long-term benefits that make palming so effective.

Here is how to perform it:

Hold your palms in front of you, facing your eyes. Ensuring your hands only make slight contact with your eyelids or none at all, seal your cupped hands around your eyes, allowing no light to enter. You can do this lying down if you find it more comfortable. Now you simply spend as long as you need to generate relaxing and positive thoughts. As you practise this more and more youll notice the improvement in your vision as your eyes learn to relax throughout the entire day, even when you are not doing the exercise.
